The Dishwashing Kitchen Associate is responsible for supporting and assisting the Kitchen team in all aspects of cannabis edible production and preparation within the department. This position will be responsible for washing the cooking equipment required for manufacturing large scale batches of high-quality edible products that are infused with cannabis. Priorities include proper sanitation of candy molds, sheet trays and pots.
*NOTE: The facility contains confined spaces that may only be accessible by ascending/descending stairwells while traveling throughout building. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Spray wash candy molds and sheet trays
- Machine wash pots
- Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and tools including floors, walls, worktables, refrigerators, prep surfaces, pots, pans, and trays are kept clean, sanitized, and organized
- Adhere to industry standards and waste disposal
- Follow proper storage procedures as specified by the Health Department and company guidelines
- Assist in other duties as assigned to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success
- Kitchen / Food Preparation Experience (preferred)
- Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (able to obtain after hire)
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21+
Starting Rate $15.50/hr
Openings for AM and PM shift
PM 2-10:30PM * with Shift Differential
